We had a fantastic time exploring the city thanks to the hotel's convenient location. It was within walking distance to popular attractions and close to underground stations for easy travel. The room was very clean and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay.
The bathroom was a bit cramped and not very practical for multiple people.

Great location, walking distance to Paddington station and main tube lines. Plenty of tea, coffee, and milk provided. Fan in the room. Excellent value for money. Continental breakfast with fried and boiled egg options and beans. Polite and helpful staff. Clean hotel.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to Paddington and Regents Park. There were also convenient bus links and plenty of reasonably priced dining options nearby. I appreciated being able to leave my bags before check-in and the peacefulness of the green surroundings. The bed, although soft and lumpy, was surprisingly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel was clean throughout and had USB points near the bed for easy charging.

Spacious family room with a lovely view of green gardens and a cool smart TV. The staff is friendly and recognized us from a previous visit, making us feel at home.
WiFi didn't work and the en-suite was quite small. Room for improvement in these areas.
